How it will work with your clients

  1. Your client contracts with Brida

    They accept the terms and the data processing agreement. Their channels, contacts and data stay theirs.

  2. You set it up

    With the delegation your client grants you, you prepare the base, the funnel and the batches from Claude.

  3. Your client approves

    A person at your client approves each send or, if they delegate it to you, a person at your agency, with their passkey.

  4. You get paid

    In one of the two ways below, which your client sees when granting the delegation.

Two ways to charge

  • Brida bills your client (default)

    Your client pays Brida the list price with their own credits, and under your agency agreement Brida pays you 40 % of the charges your client pays with purchased credits, not counting WhatsApp messaging, other provider costs or the connected number.

  • You resell

    You buy credits at the wholesale price (the list −40 %) and charge your client whatever you agree, outside Brida.
