Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Brida Reflex is provided by Brida OÜ, Estonian registry code 17445507, registered at Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond 10145, Estonia ("Brida", "we", "us"). Contact: hi@brida.ai.

2. The service

These Terms govern the hosted Brida Reflex Free Preview. Reflex evaluates a bounded event or state and returns typed semantic evidence and a recommendation such as a Binary, Choice or Score result. Reflex does not itself authorize payments, messages, deployments, tool use or other protected actions. Your application, workflow or human operators remain responsible for deciding and authorizing what happens next.

Open-source Brida Reflex schemas, recipes, examples and SDK code are governed by their own repository licences. These Terms govern the hosted service and accounts.

3. Preview access and capacity

The Free Preview is available without a credit card and has no automatic paid overage. It is a bounded preview, not an unlimited service. Fair-use controls, request limits, concurrency limits, state-size limits, provider availability, global safety budgets and abuse controls may restrict or temporarily stop use. When capacity is unavailable or exhausted, Brida may fail closed rather than send the request through a weaker or paid fallback.

4. Accounts and API keys

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly revoke a key you believe has been exposed. API-key secrets are intended to be displayed once. You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses Organization, rate, capacity or security controls. You are responsible for activity performed with credentials issued to your account until they are revoked.

5. Data you may send

The current hosted Preview is for non-sensitive data. Do not send passwords, reusable secrets, payment-card data, health data, biometric data, government identifiers, special-category personal data, regulated confidential data, or other information that requires a higher protection class. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit any data you send to Reflex.

6. AI evaluation and third-party infrastructure

Reflex uses AI-based semantic evaluation. The current hosted Preview uses Vercel AI Gateway and TypeSafe AI's Jev evaluation model. Brida may change service providers or infrastructure as the Preview evolves; material privacy changes will be reflected in the Privacy Notice.

AI evaluation is probabilistic. Results can be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a particular decision. You must keep deterministic authorization, legal obligations, exact calculations, safety rules and consequential side effects outside Reflex.

7. Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Brida the limited rights needed to process, secure and operate that content for the service. You may not use the service to infringe another person's rights or to process content you are not authorized to use.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Reflex to break laws; bypass access controls or service limits; probe or exploit the service without authorization; distribute malware; facilitate fraud or abuse; interfere with other users; extract or expose credentials; or represent a Reflex recommendation as a permission that the surrounding system has not granted. Brida may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers or the public.

9. Changes, availability and termination

The Preview may evolve quickly. Brida may add, change or remove Preview features and limits, or discontinue the Preview. We will not silently turn Preview use into paid overage. You may stop using the service at any time. Brida may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk or legal requirements.

10. No SLA; warranties

The Free Preview is provided on an "as available" basis and does not include a service-level agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brida disclaims implied warranties that are not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brida is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from Preview use, or for decisions or side effects taken by your systems based on a Reflex result. Any limitation applies only to the extent it is valid under the law that applies to you; mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory law gives you a different forum or right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Preview develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where required, will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
