Brida in Claude
Connect Brida to Claude.
With Brida as a connector, you design, simulate and follow your funnels by talking with Claude. Anything that sends a message or spends money, a person at your company approves on Brida’s pages.
Today, access is by request: write to hi@brida.ai. Connecting your own Organization in Claude is coming soon.

Connect Brida in Claude
Coming soonYou add Brida as a custom connector, as described below, and sign in with your Brida account.
What you need
- An Organization admitted by Brida, where you are owner or admin. Today, access is by request.
- The owner of that Organization has accepted the data processing agreement (DPA) on Brida’s pages.
- Any Claude plan: all of them, Free included, accept custom connectors.
When you connect
Claude opens Brida’s sign-in page. You sign in, choose the Organization and consent: Claude gets read access (brida:read) and set-up access (brida:write) in that Organization, and nothing more. The authorization lasts 30 days; then Claude asks you to connect again.
How to add it, once your Organization is admitted

Free, Pro, Max and Ultra
Open Customize › Connectors › Add custom connector, name it Brida and paste the URL, or use the prefilled dialog, which fills both in. On the Free plan you can add one custom connector.

Team and Enterprise
On these plans, an Owner adds it for the whole organization, in Organization settings › Connectors › Add › Custom › Web. On Enterprise, so can a member whose role manages the organization’s libraries. Then each member connects it with their own Brida account in Customize › Connectors.

They use the connectors of your Claude account: add it once and you have it there too.

Run this command, then open /mcp in Claude Code to sign in:

In each conversation you turn the connector on or off with the + button › Connectors.

What Claude never does through Brida. Claude cannot approve a batch or a funnel version, resume a funnel, raise caps, buy credits, attest the legal basis of your base, enter a channel’s password, accept the terms or the DPA, or confirm or dispute an opportunity. A person at your company does that on Brida’s pages, with their passkey. For a batch waiting for approval and for connecting a channel, Brida’s answer to Claude includes the link to that page.

- “Import the customer base in this published Google Sheet and tell me how many have not bought in six months.”
- “Design an email win-back funnel for inactive customers with a 10 % discount, validate it and simulate it with a control group.”
- “Prepare the first batch and give me the link to review it.”
- “How is the funnel doing? Who replied and what is waiting for me?”
- “Pause the win-back funnel.”
Data and privacy
Brida processes your contacts’ data as a processor, on your company’s behalf, under the DPA its owner accepts.
Every call Claude makes is recorded in an audit of metadata only: Brida never stores the content of the messages there. That audit is kept for 13 months.
If something does not work
Your Organization does not appear when you connect
You need an Organization admitted by Brida where you are owner or admin. Today, access is by request: write to hi@brida.ai.
Claude asks you to connect again
The authorization lasts 30 days. Connect again from Customize › Connectors.
Claude says to wait a few seconds
Brida limits how many changes per minute an Organization makes. Wait and ask again.
